The wedding ring's journey

Embark on a journey through our wedding ring production process. Breuning has been designing and producing wedding rings since 2000. Melting process

Before the gold and silver is further processed at Breuning, it undergoes a melting process. Recycled gold is also reused and processed for our blanks.

Alloys used

The suppliers of our alloys are all RJC certified. We use only recycled gold when producing our wedding rings.

 

 

Ring blanks

Before the wedding ring receives its individual design, it is still what is known as a "ring blank." It is only through the use of machines and traditional goldsmithing that a ring for life is created.

Unique machinery

Breuning has unique machinery that can also produce sophisticated ring models. Our CNC machines meet the latest standards and turn and mill each ring to the desired profile before it is sent to our directly adjacent workshops for further processing.

Goldsmith

The wedding ring passes through the hands of our goldsmiths during several stages. Among other things, they give the ring hand-created surfaces. These can be selected in the ring configurator under – Material – . At Breuning, you can choose from over 20 surfaces.

Setting

Several hundred diamonds a day are set by hand under a microscope by our experienced setters. This precise work requires a steady hand, as some of the brilliants are less than a millimeter in size. Complex setting work is also carried out.

Steam cleaning

The steam cleaner removes even the smallest grains of dust from the rings.

 

 

Laser engraving

Laser engraving offers endless possibilities for custom messages inside the rings. From a person's fingerprint or their own handwriting to the classic wedding date or symbols, there are no limits.
