Andrea
As the anchor of the family, Andrea Breuning provided her husband Rolf Breuning and her children with unwavering support. Born in Pforzheim, she often inspired her family to create new jewelry designs thanks to her keen sense of style and fashion and her elegant, self-confident appearance.
The "ANDREA" collection from LUXURY Breuning, an elegant, feminine line of ring-shaped jewelry entwined with fine brilliants, was created to reflect her strong, stylish personality.
The "Andrea" ring was created from this collection. It is inspired by the trends of the 1920s – a symmetrical shape combined with artistic craftsmanship and characterized by an inner channel setting. The 38 colored stones and 82 white brilliants completely surround the edgeless ring shape and underline the exclusivity of the piece of jewelry in 18-karat yellow gold. Before each individual brilliant is elaborately set by hand, the ring consists of a lattice-like hollow body. The subsequent setting requires a high degree of precision.
Maya
The "MAYA" collection is a tribute to Maya Breuning and her multifaceted life. After her apprenticeship as a goldsmith in her hometown of Pforzheim, she trained as a diamond appraiser at the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) in Los Angeles. The young woman then returned to the family-run jewelry company and her beloved brother Marcus Breuning. The artistically inclined Maya is described by those close to her as a cherished person with a sunny disposition. She enjoyed traveling to other countries and immersed herself in distant cultures – always accompanied by a touch of luxury.
This multifaceted life inspired LUXURY BREUNING to design the MAYA collection. It is characterized by various ring shapes that are partially or fully set by hand with brilliants. The large pieces of jewelry radiate perfected craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Natura
The three "Natura" rings embody the wide variety of colors present in the world. Love, fertility and tolerance in the pink sapphires are combined with security, trust and life in the blue sapphires and precious topaz. The trilogy is completed by the green peridots and tsavorites, which stand for hope, acceptance and the earth. A protective lattice in 18-carat gold wraps around the individual rings like a secure embrace. The color families of the colored stones merge into the white of the flawless brilliants. Each ring has 243 gemstones that nestle on 18-carat shanks. The color gradients are elaborately and precisely set by hand to create a harmonious interplay.
